Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

Production Time

Our merchandise is produced on-demand exclusively for you by our fulfillment partner, Printful. It typically takes 2–5 business days to manufacture custom apparel and non-apparel items before they are shipped out.

Delivery Times & Live Rates

Shipping costs are dynamically calculated at checkout based on your exact UK or international delivery address. Once manufactured, estimated shipping limits are generally:

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days
Returns & Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted to us strictly within 30 days after the product has been received. Claims considered a manufacturing error or shipping damage on our side will be covered entirely at our expense.

Buyer's Remorse & Sizing

Because all items are custom manufactured purely on-demand upon your order, we technically cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyers remorse, slight color variations, or simply ordering the wrong size. Please carefully review all clothing measurements before checkout.

Lost in Transit

For packages completely lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will issue a replacement at no cost. However, if the tracking data explicitly states the order was successfully delivered to your entered address, we cannot assume liability.

How to file a Return

If you meet the criteria for a damaged or defective return, please immediately contact us at info@nugsau.com with detailed photos of the issue and your PayPal Order ID. DO NOT return items without contacting us first, as it may be sent to an unmonitored warehouse facility.
