These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the entire NUGS ecosystem, including the NUGS Main Hub, ESPORTSARENA, Ascent, Streamer Studio, and any future products (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility & Account Creation
You must be at least 13 years of age to use most of our Services. Access to and use of our Betting application and any crypto-related features are strictly restricted to individuals aged 18 and over. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms.
3. Subscriptions & Payments (PayPal)
We offer tiered subscriptions (Bronze, Silver, Gold) billed on a monthly or annual basis via PayPal. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, however, we do not offer refunds for partial-month usage. Subscription perks, such as merchandise discounts, are subject to their own specific terms and conditions.
4. Code of Conduct & Fair Play
All users are expected to maintain a respectful and fair environment. Cheating, hacking, harassment, toxic behaviour, and any form of abuse are strictly prohibited within the ESPORTSARENA, on our Discord server, and across all our platforms. Our automated systems will manage roles and access based on subscription status and adherence to these rules.
5. Crypto Asset & Tokenomics Terms
The NUGS native crypto asset is a utility token designed to power our ecosystem. It is not a guaranteed financial investment. The value of crypto assets is volatile and can go down as well as up. Information provided by our Ascent app is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice. 6. Betting & Wagering
All betting and wagering activities are strictly for users aged 18 and over. To comply with UK law, we will implement mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks for all users wishing to deposit or withdraw funds. We will provide clear rules for bet placement, payout procedures, and dispute resolution. We are committed to responsible gambling and will provide access to self-exclusion tools.
7. Intellectual Property & User Content
All software, logos, and platform designs are the exclusive property of NUGSAU LIMITED. By uploading content (e.g., video clips, images) to our platforms like the Streamer Studio or Discord, you grant NUGSAU LIMITED a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content for promotional purposes, which is a key benefit of our Gold tier membership.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is." NUGSAU LIMITED is not liable for any losses incurred due to service interruptions, software bugs, market volatility, or any other event beyond our reasonable control.
